On June 12, 2023, Dr. Williams Peprah, Associate Professor of Finance at Andrews University, embarked on a transformative mission in partnership with Oakwood College. His destination: Eswatini. His purpose: to explore the viability and potential of a small bakery project that would not only generate additional revenue for Saving Orphans through Health and Outreach (SOHO) but also provide baking training to young women who have gone through the program. This endeavor is set to create sustainable opportunities and empower vulnerable children and orphans through holistic, Christ-centered programs.

Turning her adversity into opportunity, she is developing the first safe house for victims of domestic violence in her country and participated in a high level GBV summit in Eswatini, hosted by SOHO.

As a a role model throughout the African continent, she has demonstrated compassion for others throughout her career. A UN Ambassador, she is a prominent figure in malaria prevention and is a passionate voice for empowerment of women.

Gail has served for many years as one of SOHO’s Advisors and helps to facilitate the Game Changer events.

Sometimes it takes a while for God to answer prayers but at SOHO we have learnt that He is never late. For almost a decade we prayed for land with Title /Deed that SOHO could purchase on which to build safe homes. Just before the COVID outbreak, that land, now Lentsaba Farm, was purchased. Download
