On June 12, 2023, Dr. Williams Peprah, Associate Professor of Finance at Andrews University, embarked on a transformative mission in partnership with Oakwood College. His destination: Eswatini. His purpose: to explore the viability and potential of a small bakery project that would not only generate additional revenue for Saving Orphans through Health and Outreach (SOHO) but also provide baking training to young women who have gone through the program. This endeavor is set to create sustainable opportunities and empower vulnerable children and orphans through holistic, Christ-centered programs.
